On Friday, Kejriwal speaking to The Indian Express said that Muslim votes shifted to the Congress at the last time during the Lok Sabha polls in Delhi. When asked about how much seats Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) would get, Delhi CM said, "Until 48 hours before polling, it seemed like all seven seats will come to AAP. But at the last moment, the complete Muslim vote got shifted to Congress. We are trying to figure out what happened."
The AAP, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress contested in all seven constituencies in the capital, which voted on May 12. The results will be announced on May 23. Speaking about Assembly elections in Delhi which is scheduled for next year, Kejriwal said, "work speaks in Delhi". People will vote for us on the basis of work we have done, he said.
