Sanjeev Kumar Singla Appointed as Indian Ambassador to Israel, Upender Singh Rawat For Republic of Panama
Sanjeev Kumar Singla was previously the Private Secretary (PS) to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Mr Singla is a 1997 batch IFS officer. He was appointed the Private Secretary to PM Modi in 2014, when Narendra Modi was first sworn in as the Prime Minister of India.
Sanjeev Kumar Singla has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Israel. The announcement was made on Friday. Sanjeev Kumar Singla replaces Pavan Kapoor as the ambassador of India to Israel.
Sanjeev Kumar Singla was previously the Private Secretary (PS) to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Sanjeev Kumar Singla was also posted in the Indian Embassy in Tel Aviv before he returned back home to serve in the PMO, reported The Hindu. In other development, Upender Singh Rawat has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Panama. He replaces Ravi Thapar, an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer in 1983.
