Martyred Rifleman Aurangzeb's Father Requests PM Narendra Modi To Meet Imran Khan, Wants Peace In Kashmir Valley

Father of martyr Indian Army rifleman Aurangzeb Khan today requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to meet Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan so that peace can be maintained in the Kashmir Valley.

Srinagar, August 21: Father of martyred Indian Army rifleman Aurangzeb Khan today requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to meet Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan so that peace can be maintained in the Kashmir Valley. Taking to news agency ANI, Mohammed Hanif said, I request PM Modi to meet Imran Khan. There should be such an understanding between the two countries that no person should be killed and both the countries should develop.”

Rifleman Aurangzeb was abducted and killed by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district. His body was found at Gusoo in Pulwama. Aurangzeb was a resident of Poonch and was serving in Rashtriya Rifles. The terrorists abducted him while he was on his way to his home for Eid. He was part of the operation along with Major Rohit Shukla in which Sameer Tiger and other terrorists were killed.

The government on the eve of Independence Day nominated Aurangzeb for Shaurya Chakra for his bravery. Meanwhile, Aurangzeb's father Hanif and mother Raz Begum unfurled the national flag at Regal Chowk on Independence Day in Madhya Pradesh's Indore. Talking to media, they said that they were proud of his sacrifice for the country. Last year in a similar way, Lt Umar Fayaz who belonged to Kulgam was also killed by the terrorists in Shopian.
