New Delhi, October 10: Gautam Adani, Chairman, Adani Group, on Thursday expressed deep sorrow on the demise of Ratan Tata, the Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons, who passed away at the Breach Candy Hospital following age-related health conditions.

“India has lost a giant, a visionary who redefined modern India's path. Ratan Tata wasn’t just a business leader - he embodied the spirit of India with integrity, compassion and an unwavering commitment to the greater good. Legends like him never fade away. Tata was admitted to the hospital on Monday, sparking intense speculation on his health status in corporate, political and common circles. Later, he had issued a statement that he was undergoing certain routine medical examinations for age-related health concerns. Subsequently, he was reportedly put on life-support systems, though the Tata Group officials did not confirm or deny anything.
