New Delhi, December 3: There was a security breach near Parliament on Tuesday. A middle-aged man, suspected to be unstable, came in front of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's convoy. The man, identified as Vishambhar Das Gupta, a resident of Uttar Pradesh's Kushinagar, was detained by the cops and was taken to Parliament Street Police Station. According to news agency ANI, the man came in front of Rajnath Singh's convoy and said that he wanted to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi as he needed to change his name in his Aadhaar card. This development comes just after Priyanka Gandhi Vadra's security breach. On November 25, unknown people entered Congress general secretary's premises on an SUV without permission and asked for selfies. Gandhi family's Special Protection Group (SPG) cover was recently withdrawn by the Central government. Their security was downgraded to Z-plus.
