Jaisalmer, September 27: In a tragic incident, around 13 people lost their lives after a Bolero camper and a minibus collided on the Jodhpur-Jaisalmer road in Rajasthan on Friday. In the accident, a child also died. At least eight people were also injured in the mishap. They were shifted to a nearby hospital. After getting the information, the police immediately reached the spot and started an investigation into the accident. According to a report published in India Today, the bus was en route Jhanwar, and the camper was coming from the opposite side. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot expressed grief over the incident. He tweeted, “Extremely pained by the loss of lives in a terrible road accident in Balesar, #Jodhpur on NH 125. My thoughts are with the bereaved families. May God give them the strength to bear this terrible loss. Earlier on September 11, this year, seven people were killed in a collision between a government bus and an SUV in Jaisalmer. The incident took place on Ramdeora-Phalodi road near Sharnayat Fante. Six people were also injured in the accident.
