Patna, January 29: Congress President Rahul Gandhi has been portrayed as Lord Ram in posters put up by Congress workers in Bihar. According to reports, Congress has painted the Gandhi scion as 'Lord Ram', placing him right at the centre of the poster. The poster also had pictures of all the other leaders including Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi, Rahul's sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh among other leaders.
In September 2018, when Rahul Gandhi was to kickstart the campaign for Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections 2018, posters of him as 'Shiv Bhakt Rahul Gandhi' were seen in the Bhopal. The posters that were put up showed Gandhi offering water to a 'shiv ling' with a picture of the Kailash Parbat in the background.

In October 2018, several posters that read 'Priyanka Vadra missing' were put up by several unidentified men in Uttar Pradesh's Rae Bareli. The posters attacked Priyanka Gandhi Vadra for her absence from the constituency and asked if she will be back in the town only on the next Eid.
In September 2018, a poster put up by Congress workers depicted Rahul Gandhi as a Brahmin. In the poster featuring Gandhi, each leader had the name of a caste written on them to show which caste they belonged to. According to the poster, 'Brahmin Samudayay' was written as a caption below Rahul Gandhi's name to indicate that he belongs to Brahmin community.
