Mumbai, January 6: Renowned industrialist Rahul Bajaj today responded to reports that he had declined the invitation to meet Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat. Bajaj clarified that he was not invited by RSS to meet Bhagwat. RSS also maintained that the renowned industrialist did not reject the invitation. Speaking to news agency ANI, Loya said, “Rahul Bajaj who had come to Nagpur to attend the funeral of former acting chief justice of Bombay High Court and Gandhian Chandrashekhar Dharmadhikar could not meet Mohan Bhagwat because of his busy schedule.” He further added that next, the veteran industrialist would surely meet the RSS chief. Earlier this week, reports surfaced that Bajaj who was in Nagpur rejected the invitation of the RSSS to meet Bhagwat. According to reports, the veteran industrialist was approached by the RSS city chief at Sarvodaya Ashram near Bhole Petrol Pump where Dharmadhikari’s mortal remains were kept for paying last respects.
