New Delhi, March 2: The Supreme Court on March 6 will hear petitions seeking review of its December 14, 2018 judgment on Rafale fighter jet deal, in which it had refused to order a probe into the deal of procuring 36 Rafale jets from France. Rahul Gandhi at Ranchi: PM Narendra Modi Stole 30,000 Crore From Air Force And Gave it to Anil Ambani.

The Supreme Court had on December 14 dismissed a batch of pleas challenging the deal between India and France for procurement of 36 Rafale jets, saying there was no occasion to “really doubt the decision making process” warranting setting aside of the contract.

The apex court had rejected the pleas seeking lodging of an FIR and a court-monitored probe into alleged irregularities in the Rs 58,000-crore deal, in which both the countries have entered into an inter-governmental agreement (IGA).

Congress President Rahul Gandhi in a rally on Saturday in Ranchi brought up the Rafale deal issue and tried to corner the Prime Minister over the Rafale deal and said on Saturday that while the Air Force protects the country, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stole its Rs 30,000 crore to give it to Anil Ambani.
