Pune, August 23: In a disturbing incident in Pune, a 13-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 17-year-old boy after being forced to drink alcohol at a house party. The incident occurred on April 15, but the victim’s father lodged a complaint only recently, leading to the detention of two minors.
According to a report in India Today, the victim and the accused were known to each other.
