Private Trainee Aircraft Crashes in Telangana, Pilot Safe

Hyderabad, November 21: A private trainee aircraft crashed near Mokila village in Telangana on Wednesday. According to a tweet by ANI, the incident took place in Shankarpally Mandal, which is one of the 27 mandals in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana. Reports inform that the pilot of the aircraft is safe. More details awaited. The incident comes days after the Indonesian low-cost carrier Lion Air flight JT 610 aircraft crashed on October 29.
Reports inform that the crash killed 189 people when the aircraft plunged into the Java Sea. The incident took place in less than 20 minutes after leaving Jakarta on a routine flight to Pangkal Pinang. There were no survivors. However, the Boeing on Tuesday insisted it would share any information to emerge from an investigation into the crash of one of its newest planes in Indonesia last month. Earlier this week, a World War II-era fighter plane crashed into a Texas parking lot. Two people, including a veteran were killed in the crash. According to a report by PTI, the US National Transportation Safety Board said it was investigating the crash of “a North American P-51D” in the city of Fredericksburg. The P-51 Mustang served in the Pacific and other theatres of World War II, as well as during the Korean War.
