PM Narendra Modi Chants 'Om Namah Shivaya' with Argentinian Artistes at Yoga for Peace' Event on Sidelines of G20 Summit, Watch Video

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday while addressing participants at a yoga event, said that Yoga is connecting people of Argentina and India. PM Modi said, “Yoga is bridging the vast distance between Argentina and India, and connecting their people.”

Buenos Aires, November 30: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday while addressing participants at a yoga event, said that Yoga is connecting people of Argentina and India. PM Modi said, “Yoga is bridging the vast distance between Argentina and India, and connecting their people.” He also said that the practice is India's gift to the world for health and peace. The Prime Minister further added that because of the love and affection of the people of Argentina, he did not feel at all that he was outside India. At the event, the Prime Minister also chanted 'Om Namah Shivaya' along with Argentina artistes. Donald Trump Heads for G20 Summit, Keen on Trade Talks With China.

PM Modi praised the organisers of the "Yoga for Peace" event. He said that it was hard to think a better name for the event as Yoga keeps both your body and mind healthy and strengthens your body and keeps your mind at peace. PM Modi lauded Argentina for hosting the G20 summit. He said that Issues such as global economy, sustainable development, climate change, and fugitive economic offenders would be discussed during the summit. Yesterday, the Prime Minister reached Buenos Aires in Argentina to attend the 13th edition of G20 Summit. Earlier in the day, PM Modi met Saudi Arabia Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Argentina on the sidelines of the summit. During the meeting, Modi and Salman indicated an increase in Saudi investments in India during the next 2-3 years.
