Aligarh, August 27: A private aircraft VT-AVV crashed at Dhanipur airstrip in Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh during landing. In the incident, which could have turned tragic, no injuries have been reported. The incident took place on Tuesday morning around 8 am during a landing attempt. The pilot and six others were evacuated, escaping with minor injuries.
"Six people were on-board the aircraft when it crashed after one of its wheels got stuck in the high-tension wire during landing. The plane was flying from Delhi to Aligarh. The private aircraft came to Aligarh for maintenance works. Meanwhile, an inquiry has been ordered into the incident.
