Rajouri, February 28: After the Indian Air Force destroyed terror camps across the Line of Control (LoC) Balakot, the Pakistan Army has been violating ceasefire at multiple locations in Jammu and Kashmir since Tuesday. In the latest, the neighbouring country violated ceasefire in Nowshera Sector of Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district on Thursday. This is the fourth consecutive violation by Pakistan Army. The unprovoked ceasefire took place around 2.15 pm Today, reported news agency ANI. According to reports, the Indian defence personnel are retaliating strongly. As of now, no casualties are reported in the cross border firing. On Wednesday, Pakistani forces resorted to ceasefire violation in Punjab's Sialkot sector. Pakistani forces reportedly used tanks on the Line of Control and the international border.

On Tuesday, neighbouring country violated ceasefire in Nowshera, Krishna Ghati and Akhnoor sectors of the LoC using heavy mortars and arms to target the Indian defence positions, said Defence Ministry spokesman Lt Col Devender Anand. This comes after the Indian on early Tuesday carried out pre-emptive air strikes to destroy the Jaish-e-Mohammed's biggest training camps at Balakot. According to reports, around 300 terrorists and their trainers were neutralised.
