The party shared a video alleging brutality committed by Delhi police on traders protesting against the sealing drive. In the video, cops are seen thrashing the protesters. Delhi Chief Minister and AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal also shared the video. In his tweet, Kejriwal said that it is shameful the way the Centre is taking action against the protesting businessmen. In the tweet, he said that businessmen voted for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 2014 elections, but in return, the BJP thrashed them and sealed their shops. The Delhi CM also said that if Delhi would have given a full state status, then the sealing would have been stopped in 24 hours. Clashes broke between locals and security forces in Delhi's Mayapuri area after Municipal Corporation Delhi (MCD) officials began to seal some factories in the area. The National Green Tribunal's (NGT) gave the order to seal nearly 850 factories.
