New Delhi, August 17: Renowned Doorsarshan news anchor Neelum Sharma, who passed away on Saturday, had her admirers and prominent personalities pay tribute to her. Doordarshan, India's state broadcaster also paid rich tributes to its famous anchor and wrote in a tweet that, "DDNews mourns passing away of our dear Colleague Neelum Sharma." Sharma started her career with state broadcaster Doordarshan in the year 1995. Twitter was left teary-eyed after news of her death trickled in on Saturday evening.
