Mumbai, May 19: In a disturbing incident in Navi Mumbai, Vashi police have booked a 13-year-old boy for allegedly raping and impregnating his 15-year-old sister after the duo watched porn together. The case was registered on Saturday following a Medico-Legal Case (MLC) report from Vashi General Hospital.

A Free Press Journal report said that the victim, who was three months pregnant, visited the hospital with her parents for termination of the pregnancy. According to her statement to the police, the siblings had watched porn in December and decided to try the ‘act’. However, they dropped the idea as they found it difficult to do. The family, residents of Panvel, were transferred to Khandeshwar police station for further investigation. The incident reportedly occurred when the parents, who work in housekeeping, were away for work. The boy will be produced before the Child Welfare Commission for further action. The case against him has been registered under the Indian Penal Code and The Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
