Mysuru Shocker: 23-Year-Old Woman Raped By 4 Men in Front of Boyfriend, Accused Flee After Crime
A 23-year-old woman was allegedly raped by four unidentified men on the outskirts of Mysuru district in front of boyfriend and the accused fled after the crime.
Mysuru, May 10: In a shocking incident, a 23-year-old woman was allegedly raped by four unidentified men on the outskirts of Mysuru district on Wednesday night. The incident took place while the victim and her boyfriend were heading home after work and were apprehended after her friend stopped the bike, as he wanted to relieve himself.
According to the police, the four miscreants allegedly bludgeoned the victim's friend, breaking his leg, when he tried to stop the goons. The four men then allegedly gang-raped the woman and left from the scene. Later the police admitted both the victim and her friend in the hospital. As per to the initial details, no arrests have so far been made, but the city SP has formed eight teams to nab the perpetrators of the crime. Though the victim is recovering, she is unable to clearly remember the details, as the incident took place at 10 pm night.
In another incident, a 40-year-old woman has lodged an FIR at Kathumar police station alleging that she was raped by a driver and male nurse in a labour room at a government hospital in Alwar on May 7. The woman alleged that the incident took place when she was completing the formalities to admit her pregnant daughter-in-law. The male nurse took her to a room, where he allegedly raped her along with the driver and threatened to harm her daughter-in-law if she complains.
