Mumbai, December 20: The Mumbai police have booked a person who allegedly stalked a 19-year-old girl and sent porn clips on her mobile phone. The accused, identified as 40-year-old Lalchand, claimed to be the girl's deceased father’s friend. While an FIR was registered against Lalchand, he is yet to be arrested.
According to the girl's complaint, after her father's death in October this year, Lalchand visited their Bandra home and they exchanged numbers. He then started stalking her. Lalchand used to call her daily and sent porn clips on her mobile phone on December 14, she alleged, as reported by Times of India. The girl then filed a complaint against Lalchand with the Bandra police, after which Lalchand was booked under Section 354 (D) (stalking) of the Indian Penal Code and under the IT Act Section 67 (A) (publishing or transmitting of material containing sexually explicit act). The police and are looking for him.
