Mumbai, November 26: In a shocking incident, two people were arrested for killing a vegetable vendor following an argument over expensive peas. It happened outside Mankhurd railway station and the deceased Ramlakhan Yadav is survived by his wife and two children. According to a Times of India report, police have arrested the two accused involved in the case.
Police informed that Yadav and his wife were selling vegetables below a flyover on Sion-Mankhurd road. The two accused walked towards him and started asking the price of peas. On knowing the rate, they had an argument over how expensive the peas were. They abused, punched and kicked Yadav and infact hit him with a belt as well. He sustained serious injuries and collapsed on the floor. Following which, he was rushed to the hospital, but he died during the treatment. In another incident that happened a few months ago in Mumbai, a shopkeeper was killed after he let out a secret about the accused's relationship, with his girl friend's father.
