Mumbai, August 26: In yet another shameful incident of sexual assault, a 34-year-old man was arrested from Bandra for groping a 23-year-old woman on a foot-over-bridge. According to a Times of India report, the woman was on her way home when the accused came from behind and groped her. The moment the woman raised an alarm, the police caught hold of the offender. The accused was booked under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier this year, a 32-year-old man was arrested for allegedly groping a teenage girl while boarding a suburban train at Dadar station.

The 16-year-old victim, a resident of neighbouring Thane district, was boarding the train for Titwala with her friend Monday evening when the accused Om Singh alleged touched her inappropriately, a police official said.
