Mumbai, August 13: In an incident that could have turned tragic, a fire broke out in a moving car on LBS Road in Mulund area on Monday night. According to an ANI update, the fire was brought under control by the fire department. All the four occupants of the car had safely come out of it. Fire in Moving Car Near Chakala Metro Station in Andheri.
In April this year, a running car caught fire in the Mulund area. The driver of the car narrowly escaped death after jumping out from the vehicle. The car was gutted.

In a similar incident two years back, a moving car had caught fire near Chakala (JB Nagar) Metro station in Andheri-east, Mumbai. No casualties were reported in the incident. The driver, however, suffered minor injuries.
In December 2018, a driver died after he was trapped inside the car in New Delhi. The car caught fire and the person locked inside the car was completely gutted.
