Mumbai Fire: Blaze Engulfs Shree Ganesh Sai SRA Building in Wadala Area, 15 Injured Rushed to KEM Hospital

According to a tweet by ANI, the blaze broke out on the first floor of Shree Ganesh Sai SRA building near Barkat Ali Naka in Kamla Ram Nagar in Wadala east area.

Mumbai, June 21: A massive fire engulfed a building in Wadala area of Mumbai during the wee hours on Friday, injuring several people. According to a tweet by ANI, the blaze broke out on the first floor of Shree Ganesh Sai SRA building near Barkat Ali Naka in Kamla Ram Nagar in Wadala east area. Reports inform that the fire was reported around 3 AM on the intervening night of Thursday and Friday. No causalities have been reported. Fire Breaks Out at Residential Building in Navi Mumbai's Airoli. 

As soon as the incident was reported, fire tenders were rushed to the spot. Reports inform that the fire was later brought under control. The injured ones taken to KEM Hospital.  Dr Shrikant, CMO KEM Hospital, was quoted by ANI saying that,"15 people were admitted, their condition stable now".

On Thursday, a similar fire incident was reported in a building near Churchgate area of Mumbai. Reports inform that the fire incident took place in the building that houses the Bank of India branch. According to reports, as soon as the news of the fire broke out, nearly a dozen fire engines were rushed to the spot.
