Mumbai, January 29: Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) has announced plans to demolish and redevelop Terminal 1 (T1) of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) hence, it will shut down later this year for extensive redevelopment work on Terminal 1 (T1), The project aims to enhance the airport’s passenger handling capacity, with phased redevelopment work set to begin in November 2025.
