Lucknow, December 7: Over thirty children were hospitalised on Thursday after they administered vaccination for measles and rubella in Uttar Pradesh. The incident took at a Saraswati Shishu Mandir school in Shahjahanpur district. After being informed, District Magistrate Amrit Tripathi and other administrative officers rushed to the hospital to inquire about the health status of children. "All children are okay now. Some precautions are needed to be taken and we are setting up an inquiry to check if these precautions were taken or not. Earlier, around twenty-two students of Kharida New Primary School in Odisha's Bhograi block on Wednesday fell ill after having mid-day meals in the school. The students were rushed to hospital after they complained of a headache and vomiting. School headmaster said that after lizard was found in food, it was prepared again. However, students alleged that they were served the same curry. Meanwhile, all the students are out of danger now.
