Bhopal, August 10: The Madhya Pradesh Police have cracked the case of a body found in a sack near a pond in Chharra Ka Pura village in Morena. The investigation revealed a chilling plot involving the victim’s wife, her lover, and his friends.

As per the Amar Ujala report, the body of Manoj Uchariya (37), a resident of Bichaula village, was discovered in a sack near the pond on August 2. Woman Conspires With Lover, Kills Husband

The police scrutinised CCTV footage and call records of Manoj and Bharti. They uncovered Bharti’s illicit relationship with Ashutosh Mahor, the manager of Kaushal Vikas Kendra in Morena. Bharti had met Ashutosh while learning computers at the centre, and their affair led to her running away with him in May.

Woman Gets Husband Killed

On July 23, Ashutosh, along with Deepak Sengar, Lokesh Rathore, Aman Yadav, Deepak Palia, and Aditya Sisodia, executed their plan. They made Manoj drink excessive alcohol, beat him, and injected a mixture of ground sleeping pills and water into his neck, stomach, chest, and ribs, rendering him unconscious. Following Ashutosh’s confession, the police arrested Bharti, Ashutosh, and his five accomplices. A case has been registered against the seven accused.
