Mumbai, September 7: In a shocking incident that took place in Uttar Pradesh, a man allegedly pronounced triple talaq to his wife after she refused to sleep with other men. The alleged incident took place in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad district. In her complaint, the woman said that she married Imran Khan in 2019. As per reports, the accused sells auto parts in Bengaluru.

According to a report in News18, after their wedding, the woman and her husband started staying together. The woman said that her husband's mother Bilkis Khan and sister Aysha Khan were also staying with them. The woman also stated that she was beaten up when she opposed the same. In her complaint filed with Nagphani Police Station, the woman said that her husband even forced her to sleep with other men. But when she refused, he would beat her up. The complainant also mentioned that her husband pushed her to sleep with other men in exchange for money which he used to keep with him.

Furthermore, the woman said that her in-laws pressurised her to bring Rs 10 lakh as dowry, however, when the woman refused, Khan, his mother, and sister beat her. Shockingly, the beating led to bleeding in the woman's private parts. Acting on the woman's complaint, the Nagphani Police filed a case against Khan, his mother, and his sister under IPC section 498A, 323, 377, 504, 506 of the Anti-Dowry Act. The police also registered a case under Sections 3 and 4 of the Muslim Marriage Act, 2019.
