Moreover, allies of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) have been granted significant ministerial responsibilities. Chirag Paswan of the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) (RL) has been entrusted with the Food Processing Industries portfolio. Additionally, HD Kumaraswamy of the Janata Dal (Secular) (JD(S)) will serve as the Minister of Heavy Industries and Minister of Steel.
