Lucknow, January 15: As the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati turned 63-year-old on Tuesday, tons of her followers and well-wishers gathered to join the birthday celebrations. In an event in Amroha, a huge cake was kept for those gathered. However, the celebrations on Tuesday didn't go well as the people started 'looting' the cake. In a 32-video clip that is going viral on the internet, people can be seen looting the cake. Soon, the multi-layered cake toppled as the chaos continued at the celebrations. Meanwhile, Mayawati was not present in the event, she celebrated her birthday in Lucknow.

Earlier, the Bahujan Samaj Party and Samajwadi Party announced their alliance for the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha Elections in the state. On her birthday too, she appealed his party workers and the Samajwadi Party to forget their past differences. "Forget past differences and ensure the victory of all joint candidates of the SP and the BSP. This will be my ideal birthday gift," Mayawati said at a press conference in Lucknow.
