Lucknow, October 26: A case of violence has been reported from Uttar Pradesh's Mathura district where a girl's in-laws allegedly burnt her hands accusing her of adultery. The incident falls under the jurisdiction of Mant police station limits, according to reports. In July, a horrific incident had been reported from Mathura where a woman had committed suicide which was recorded live on camera. The woman had locked herself from inside the room and proceeded to hang herself while her in-laws were present outside the room.
The husband of the woman had filmed the suicide on his mobile phone. The woman's husband could be heard saying on the video to another woman that "Let her die."The police had registered a case of instigating to commit suicide against the husband of the woman.
