Mann Ki Baat Highlights: PM Narendra Modi Hails Youth of India For 'Hating Anarchy, Disorder, Casteism and Nepotism'

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed the nation through his the last episode of 'Mann Ki Baat' and applauded the youth for believing in the system and question government when they feel that it is not responding properly. He was of the opinion that the 'youth of India' hate anarchy and disorder, while disliking casteism and nepotism.

New Delhi, December 29: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed the nation through the last episode of 'Mann Ki Baat' and applauded the youth for believing in the system and question government when they feel that it is not responding properly. He was of the opinion that the 'youth of India' hate anarchy and disorder, while disliking casteism and nepotism.

Speaking on the 6Oth edition of 'Mann Ki Baat' PM Modi said, "Our youth hate anarchy, instability and disorder and dislike casteism and nepotism. Young India will play a key role in building modern India in the coming decade." Adding more he said, "Our youth believe in the system and have an opinion, and question when system does not respond properly. Apart from this, the Premier spoke on wide range of issues related to vision of Swami Vivekananda for the youth, urging them to visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial in Kanyakumari, requesting them to buy locally-produced (Swadeshi) goods, among others. He also talked about 'HIMAYAT' which a unique initiative in Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh that is changing the lives of many youth.

One of the achievement PM Modi spoke on was about the developments made in the field of astronomy. He asked the people to visit planetarium and encourage astronomy clubs. Here's the tweet:

Marking the end of his 'Mann Ki Baat' session, PM Modi thanked all the political parties and MPs for productive Parliamentary sessions in last six months.
