Lucknow, December 23: Launching a frontal attack on the opposition, Uttar Pradesh Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will be the one who can build Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and no one else can do it. He made this statement while addressing a gathering at the `Yuva Kumbh' at Lucknow in UP. Congress MP Dr Karan Singh Writes to UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Proposes Sita Statue Along With Lord Ram's in Ayodhya.

"Some people were saying that they will only vote for the party that will build Ram temple. Whenever it happens and whoever does it, I assure you we’ll be the ones to do it, nobody else can do it," said Yogi Adityanath, reported news agency ANI. This statement from UP CM comes less than a fortnight after the BJP lost in recently concluded Lok Sabha elections in three states- Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh to Congress.

Meanwhile, it is noted that Ram Janmabhoomi- Babri Masjid land dispute case will be heard by the Supreme Court in the first week of January 2019.
