New Delhi, July 25: The man, who accused a former Supreme Court woman employee of cheating him of Rs 50,000 on the pretext of giving him a job, has gone missing since April this year. Reports inform that the man was not even found at his residential address in Haryana. According to a details by The Indian Express, police informed a Delhi Court that the 31-year-old man has been missing from his residence in Haryana. The report says that in the affidavit, the woman termed the cheating case filed against her as 'false and frivolous' and said she was being victimised for complaining against the CJI. ‘Larger Conspiracy’ to Destabilise the Judiciary: Supreme Court on Sexual Harassment Allegations Against CJI Ranjan Gogoi.
In a shocking revelation, the report further states that the woman, who cheated him is the same woman who had levelled allegations of sexual harassment against Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi. The woman, in a complaint to all judges of the Supreme Court, had mentioned in detail how her life had literally fallen apart since the alleged incident took place. The Supreme Court secretary general, however, has dismissed the charges against Gogoi as ‘false and baseless’. The complainant was identified as Naveen Kumar, a resident of Haryana. The Indian Express report further claims that Kumar’s non-availability at his Haryana address was disclosed on July 19 before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Manish Khurana who had called for the man’s presence in court. Earlier, the man had alleged he was being threatened by the woman and her husband. The report further added saying that Kumar’s mother said he left for Chandigarh on April 20, and his phone was switched off thereafter.
