Lucknow, December 13: Online shopping has become an indespensible part of our lives and with brands introducing their products exclusively on online shopping portals, the customers prefer buying products online rather than wait to purchase from the outlets. However, a 26-year-old man was shocked when he found out that he had been delivered a fake iPhone 11 Pro phone, reported International Business Times. The customer had ordered an iPhone 11 Pro from online shopping giant Flipkart, but now says that he has been duped. Rajani Kant Kushwah said that he made a payment of Rs 93,900 and ordered the Apple iPhone 11 Pro from Flipkart. However, he instead received an android phone which looks like the iPhone 11 with "sticker camera". Shockingly, the camera behind the phone delivered by Flipkart had a sticker of the design of iPhone 11 Pro and not the real camera.

Kushwah said that he has complained about the faulty product to Flipkart. The invoice shows Rajani Kant Kushwah's name on the bill and the delivery address is in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The phone variant is the Apple iPhone 11 Pro, Silver colour with 64 GB memory. The customer said that he is waiting for his issue to be resolved.
This is not the first time that such an incident has taken place. Customers have complained about receiving Brick, Mangoes, detergent and various such products instead of phones and other item ordered online. The digital selling paltforms have said that they are trying to weed out such problems, but it seems a lot needs to be done yet.
