Aurangabad, October 28: The Maharashtra Police arrested a man from Aurangabad on Saturday for duping people in the name of jobs. The man has been accused of making contact with innocent people and providing them fake recruitment forms of various companies in exchange of commission. Police officials said 'In last 2 yrs he had conned around 200 people and these people have not got the promised job till date.' Cops Arrest Man Running 'Aanganwadi' Job Racket.

The accused have been arrested by the police for extorting money from them. Reports inform that police has recovered cell phones, bank accounts and other fake documents from the accused. The accused has been arrested and booked under the relevant section of the Indian Penal Code. 2 Arrested for Duping Job Seekers with Fake Promises of Jobs in Railways.

Last month, the Delhi police bursted a similar case and arrested seven people including two government employees. The accused used to dupe people in the pretext of providing them government jobs. Police had recovered a total of 27 cell phones, 10 chequebooks, two laptops, fake ID and 45 sim cards. According to police investigations, the accused used to charge Rs 22 Lakh for providing them jobs in state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).
