Nagpur, June 30: Watching online videos turned fatal for a minor in Maharashtra, a twelve-year-old girl allegedly hanged herself after apparently watching videos of suicide on YouTube, police said on Sunday. The minor also informed her mother about those clips, who had never thought that her daughter would end her life. On Saturday, the girl hanged herself from ceiling fan using an elastic rope. When her younger sister saw her, she immediately informed their mother. The girl was rushed to a government hospital where she succumbed while undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, the exact cause of the death is not yet known and a case of accidental death has been registered. Every year, may such incidents are reported.
