Rajgarh, September 11: In a shocking incident, a Sub-Inspector, identified as Dipankar Gautam, was killed when a car driven by Constable Pallavi Solanki and her partner, Karan Thakur, struck him on September 10 in Rajgarh district, Madhya Pradesh. The collision occurred on the Biaora-Dewas highway, where Gautam, who was on his motorcycle, was hit from behind by the vehicle driven by Constable Pallavi Solanki. Police are investigating the possibility of a love triangle being connected to the case.

The Times of India reports that Gautam, originally from Shivpuri district, had a history of legal troubles related to a sexual assault case. Although he was acquitted and resumed his duties, his past issues have resurfaced amidst the current investigation. Following the collision, Solanki and Thakur reported the incident at a rural police station, admitting their involvement in Gautam’s death.
