Madhya Pradesh: Six Students From Bhopal Died After Their Car Fell into a Gorge Near Kolar Dam, Watch Rescue Video

Bhopal, July 23: In a tragic incident, six students from Bhopal were killed after a car, in which they were travelling fell into a 40 feet gorge near the Kolar dam in Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh on Monday morning. The students were coming back after celebrating a birthday of one of their friends. According to police, their vehicle skidded off road, and before plunging into the Kolar Dam near Veerpur area, it rammed into a pole.

According to reports, one of the deceased Akash Gupta went with his five friends Pankaj Sahu, Ranjeet Sahu, Abhijeet Rathore, Gaurav Sahu and Rajnish Patel to celebrate his birthday to the Kolar Dam. The car fell into a gorge near the dam, and the student did not even get the chance to get out of the vehicle as it was full of water.

The police have pulled out the car out of the gorge and recovered all the six bodies. The bodies have been sent for the post-mortem. As per reports, all the deceased were around 30 years of age.  The police have starting investigating the incident.
