Madhya Pradesh: Man Set on Fire by Neighbours Over Personal Dispute, Suffers 80% Burn Injuries

Reports inform that a man was set ablaze allegedly by three neighbours over a personal dispute. The victim has suffered 80% burn injuries. The Police has begun the investigation into the matter.

Bhopal, December 6: In a shocking incident, a man in Madhya Pradesh was set ablaze on Tuesday after a dispute with neighbours. According to a tweet by ANI, the incident took place at Damoh on December 4. Reports inform that a man was set ablaze allegedly by three neighbours over a personal dispute. The victim has suffered 80% burn injuries. Police have begun the investigation into the matter. In a similar incident on Thursday, a man faked his death allegedly for making an insurance claim, but was nabbed by the Police on suspicion that he had killed a labourer and burnt his body in his car. According to a report by PTI, the man identified as Aakash, a resident of Chandigarh, was arrested from Palwal Railway Station. Reports inform that after questioning the man's nephew, police found out that he had burnt the car and faked his own death. Woman in UP's Sitapur Village Set on Fire by 2 Molesters, She Was on Way to File FIR. 

On December 3, a similar incident was reported from Bihar, where a man in Sitamarhi district of the state was beaten and burnt to death for eloping with a woman. According to reports, the man had eloped with the daughter-in-law of a famous man of the area, married her and then returned to the same village to live together.
