Bhopal, January 19: Congress and BJP workers clashed at an event held in Madhya Pradesh capital Bhopal on Sunday. The workers threw chairs at each other and the programme had to be called off following the ruckus at the event. The clashes broke out over a land inauguration ceremony or bhoomipujan, said reports.

A video doing rounds on Twitter shows the workers throwing chairs at each other at the event. The fight turned ugly and police had to come in to control the situation.

The video of the fighting between the workers of BJP and Congress has gone viral. The clip shows how the event venue is left in chaotic state after the fight between the workers. The police intervened and stopped the workers from doing any further damage.
