'Made in Pakistan' Products Sold at Big Bazaar in Palghar's Vasai; Shiv Sena Protests

Mumbai, January 25:  Shiv Sena workers on Thursday protested against the sale of Pakistani products at a mall in Vasai in Palghar district. The incident took place at Bhabola branch of Big Bazaar. According to a report published in Mumbai Mirror, Sena workers reached the mall after receiving information about products under 'Made in Pakistan' tags being sold in the mall. A writer letter was given to the manager of the mall giving the authorities against the selling Pakistan made products. The store called the police to bring the situation under control. In 2016, Shiv Sena staged protests against the Pakistan artists working in Bollywood movies after the Uri Attack. Meanwhile, in 2010, the party also protested against Shah Rukh Khan for supporting the participation of Pakistani players in the Indian Premier League. Shiv Sena workers dug up the pitch of the Ferozshah Kotla stadium in New Delhi to cancel Pakistan’s cricket tour to India.
