Mumbai, July 10: Heavy rains continued to splash the city and make life difficult for Mumbaikars on Tuesday morning as heavy to very heavy rainfall was reported from various areas of the city. Skymet Weather tweeted that more rainfall is expected and that Colaba, Santacruz, Mahim, Hindmata and other parts are expected to be submerged in water. Amid all this, what add to the woes of Mumbaikars and office goers is the status of Mumbai locals'. Here is the tweet by Central Railway about the status of trains running late:

Amid the heavy rainfall and problems faced by Mumbaikars, food packets/snacks/water was provided to passengers of several long distance trains by good samaritans of Mumbai. Check out the tweet:

Trains are running 15- 20 minutes late on all the three lines namely- Western, Central and Harbour. The worst hit station is Nallasopara as all train services have been suspended on the station due to railway tracks getting submerged in water.
