Mumbai, July 8: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to Moscow on July 8-9 for the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit. This visit is notable as it’s his first trip to Russia since the Russia-Ukraine war began in February 2022. According to Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson for the Kremlin, Prime Minister Modi’s itinerary in Moscow is set to be extensive, including informal discussions with Russian leadership. The visit will feature bilateral discussions covering various dimensions of the India-Russia relationship, as well as dialogues on global and regional issues of mutual interest, as highlighted by the Ministry of External Affairs.

On July 7, a woman died, and her husband was injured in a hit-and-run incident in Mumbai's Worli when a BMW car rammed their scooter.
