Mumbai, May 22: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday, May 21, said that as each phase of the Lok Sabha polls is completed, it is becoming clearer that the Narendra Modi government is on its way out and the INDIA bloc will come to power on June 4. He also claimed that Home Minister Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath abused him in their poll rallies held in Delhi. BJP leader Sambit Patra, who courted controversy for his remarks about Lord Jagannath, issued a clarification and said he was apologetic for his "slip of the tongue".

G Parameshwara, Home Minister of Karnataka, on Tuesday said the state government has written to the Ministry of External Affairs (ME) to cancel the diplomatic passport of Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will travel to Tehran, Iran, to attend the funeral of late Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, his foreign minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and other officials who were killed in a helicopter crash.
