A big fire broke out at a factory in Bawana industrial area of outer Delhi, officials said on Thursday. The Delhi Fire Services (DFS) officials said they received an information about a fire in a factory at 5.05 pm.
A fire broke out at a tyre factory in Ajmer, Rajasthan earlier today. Fire tenders were immediately dispatched to the scene and efforts to douse the fire are currently underway. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined. No casualties have been reported at this time.

The truth will be revealed to everyone as soon as the CCTV footage of the house and the room is checked. Fall to whatever level you can, God is watching everything. One day everyone's truth will come out in front of the world,” Swati Maliwal posted on X.
The National Commission of Women (NCW) has demanded an action report from the Delhi Police two days after the alleged assault on AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. NCW chief Rekha Sharma said that they have been in contact with Swati Maliwal since the assault incident happened at the residence of Delhi Chief Minister and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal.
The Delhi Police have served a notice to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Personal Secretary (PS) Bibhav Kumar to join the probe into a case of alleged assault on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. Sources said that Kumar had been asked to come to the police station at 11 am and join the probe.

In another news, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, on Thursday, claimed that although she and her party Trinamool Congress are an integral part of the opposition INDIA bloc, the West Bengal unit of Congress and CPI-M are not included in it.
"Some are misunderstanding and misinterpreting me. The opposition INDIA bloc was formed at the national level. We will remain a part of that alliance at the national level. I took the main initiative in the formation of that opposition bloc. Hence I am part of that national unit. But neither the West Bengal unit of Congress nor the state unit of CPI-M is included in that national bloc. They are with BJP in West Bengal," the Chief Minister said while addressing an election meeting at Tamluk Lok Sabha constituency in East Midnapore district in the afternoon.
