Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh today, May 12, said that demographic imbalance is taking place in the state due to illegal migrants from Myanmar. Singh also said that the illegal migrants are a threat to the security of the nation as well as the indigenous people in the state.

The fourth phase of the Lok Sabha poll on Monday, May 13, will witness 96 Lok Sabha constituencies across 10 states and a UT going to poll. The fourth phase election will span the heartland of Maharashtra to West Bengal's industrial and cultural hubs, and the verdant mountains of Jammu and Kashmir to the varied topography of Andhra Pradesh.
