On Wednesday, September 25, the high court questioned the police's claim that the incident was an "encounter." Budgam recorded 58.97 per cent, Ganderbal 58.81 per cent, Poonch 71.59 per cent, Rajouri 68.22 per cent, Reasi 71.81 per cent and Srinagar 27.37 per cent till 7 PM, as per the data shared by the ECI.
