New Delhi, September 20: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during an election rally on Thursday, accused the Congress and National Conference (NC) of aligning with Pakistan and pushing a “divisive” agenda in Jammu and Kashmir. He warned voters that any support for these parties would be a vote to reinstate Article 370, a move that he claims would bring back “violence and bloodbath” in the region.

“No power on earth can bring back Article 370,” Modi declared, assuring voters that his government would prevent Pakistan from influencing the region. Modi's rally comes ahead of the second phase of the upcoming elections on September 25, in which Congress and NC have forged a pre-poll alliance.

Meanwhile, PM Modi is preparing for an important visit to the United States from September 21 to 23. His packed schedule includes attending the Quad Summit, participating in the UN General Assembly session, holding bilateral meetings, and engaging with top CEOs and business leaders.
