Besides Ghosh, a policeman was also arrested in connection with the rape and murder case of the junior doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar hospital. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that PM Narendra Modi will be inaugurating Vande Bharat trains in Jharkhand's Jamshedpur on September 15. Sarna also said that PM Modi will announce various schemes for the people of Jharkhand during his visit to the state.
