New Delhi, September 7: Prime Minister Narendra Modi returned to Delhi on Thursday after a fruitful three-day visit to Singapore and Brunei. During his visit, he met Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and held bilateral talks focused on strengthening ties in areas such as digital technology, semiconductors, skill development, and healthcare. Four Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were exchanged. PM Modi also toured AEM Holdings Ltd’s semiconductor facility and extended an invitation to PM Wong to visit India.

Meanwhile, the Congress Party is facing internal divisions over its alliance strategy for the October 5 Haryana Assembly elections. The central leadership's push for a seat-sharing agreement with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has caused a rift, particularly within the Bhupinder Singh Hooda faction.
